安装VC 运行库
在windows上，由于PHP基于VC运行库开发，所以搭建PHP 开发环境 首先必须安装VC运行库
1、下载VC运行库
不同版本的PHP对应不同版本的VC运行库，VC运行库具体下载地址如下：
如果打不开，可以在微软官网（）搜索“Visual C++ Redistributable”；下载时，VC运行库安装包版本可能又会有32位（-x86）与64位（-x64）；这里安装php-5.5.x版本，选择对应的VC运行库版本VC11（如：vcredist_x64. exe ）下载即可
2、安装VC运行库
VC运行库下载后，直接双击，即可按提示完成安装
安装PHP
1、下载PHP软件包
PHP有多个版本，具体下载地址如下：
下载时，PHP软件包版本除了会有32位（-x86）与64位（-x64）的区别外、可能还有Thread Safe（一般默认无标记或用-ts标识）和None Thread Safe（一般用-nts标识）的区别；这里下载php-5.5.x的64位、Thread Safe版（如：php-5.5.37-Win32-VC11-x64.zip）
2、安装PHP
将下载的PHP软件包（如：php-5.5.37-Win32-VC11-x64.zip）直接解压到指定目录（如：C:Program FilesPHPphp5.5）即可使用，无需安装
3、配置PHP
3.1、创建配置文件
在PHP的安装目录下（如：C:Program FilesPHPphp5.5），将文件“php. ini -production” 复制一份、并重命名为“php.ini”
3.2、配置 环境变量
将PHP的安装目录（如：C:Program FilesPHPphp5.5）及其扩展目录（如：C:Program FilesPHPphp5.5ext）添加到环境变量“Path”中——选中桌面“计算机”->右键->属性–>高级系统设置 –>环境变量–>在“ 系统变量 ”中找到“Path”变量并进行编辑、界面如下：
3.3、配置功能选项（php.ini）
用文本编辑器打开刚创建的配置文件（php.ini），并进行如下常用配置：
1、使能扩展目录
将“; extension_dir = “ext””修改为“extension_dir = “ext” ”，即去掉“extension”前面的分号
2、使能多字节 字符串 扩展
将“;extension=php_mbstring.dll ”修改为 “extension=php_mbstring.dll”，即去掉“extension”前面的分号
3、使能MySQL数据库扩展
将“;extension=php_mysql.dll”修改为“ extension=php_mysql.dll”，即去掉“extension”前面的分号
4、使能MySQLI数据库扩展
将“;extension=php_mysqli.dll ”修改为“ extension=php_mysqli.dll”，即去掉“extension”前面的分号
